La Leche League is an international organization founded for the purpose of giving information, support and encouragement to those who are interested in breastfeeding. 

Breastfeeding is natural, but it does not always come naturally.  La Leche League of Rockaway helps families by:

• Providing free meetings led by volunteer Leaders who are experienced with breastfeeding/chest feeding, human milk feeding and pumping and are accredited by La Leche League International. Babies and children are welcome at all meetings.​

All are welcome to join us at our Friday morning meeting 3/6/26 at 10:30 AM to 12 PM in person at the Rockaway Boro Library 82 E Main St Rockaway NJ 07866 or online with Google meet. Children are always welcome. The topic is Myths and Truths of Breastfeeding.

•  Join us for a relaxed and supportive gathering with La Leche League of Rockaway. Whether you’re expecting, or looking for support in your parenting journey, you are welcome here.

  Get encouragement
  Learn more about breastfeeding
  We talk about latching, supply, pumping, night feeds, returning to work, foods to eat, weaning, toddler concerns and more topics guided by your questions and needs. Babies, children, and support people are always welcome.
